Loaded Nacho Love

Happy Taco Tuesday!! My family hardly misses a Tuesday night taco/nacho party at home. One of our kids’ favorite dishes is this giant loaded nacho dish that Brian makes. It’s got everything you need from Pollo Asada, guacamole, and delicious cheesy goodness. There are enough nachos in this recipe to feed my family of five; it is seriously huge! Brian and Miles did a "Cooking with Malarkey” class with these nachos, and it was so fun! Such a good way for them to bond and for Brian to share his passion with Miles! Brian has also done this class with our daughter, Sailor, and she had a blast cooking with dad. This is such a great kid-friendly recipe perfect for taco Tuesday. What’s Taco Tuesday without Tequila?! Thank you, Guy, for sending Brian and I your Santo tequila! We are so excited to try it and make delicious margaritas for our Taco Tuesday celebration!

Side note: If we are short on time, we will grab the Pollo Asada chicken from our local grocery store, Jensens, down the road. We are so lucky to have such a great grocer down the road who has delicious food!
