Super Green Smoothie

This yummy smoothie is a great way to get a part of your daily saving of fruits and vegetables in! It's such a simple recipe and takes minutes to make. I like to make it in the morning to start my day…it really gives me a source of natural energy! Great after a workout, taking on the go when you're strapped for time, or enjoying with your family! If my kids are drinking it with me, I'll put it in a solid cup so they can't tell that it's green. It tastes delicious; my kids just will refuse to drink "green juice," so doing this makes it easier for me to get them to drink it! I get my favorite Fruit Medley Mix at Whole Foods; the mix makes it taste delicious! I definitely want to start drinking smoothies for breakfast more—such a good source of nutrition. If my kids aren't drinking the smoothie, I'll add some collagen or plant protein as well! I want to make my kitchen healthier this year, and this is one step to doing that! Xo, Chantelle.
