Strawberry Chocolate Cookies

I love having a fun baking recipe for each holiday that I can do with my kids! This recipe is one of my favorites. I love the pink color from the strawberry chocolate; it tastes like a sugary strawberry in cookie form! You might be wondering where you can get Strawberry infused chocolate...look no further! This Valrhona Inspiration Strawberry Chocolate is from Amazon and is my go-to for this recipe! I know it’s expensive, but it’s delicious, French, AND and most importantly worth every penny… The chocolate has an authentic strawberry taste, none of that phony candy strawberry taste, and it comes from them using freeze-dried strawberry powder! I’m sharing this for Easter but they are good enough to make any time of the year, seriously! Pro tip from Brian; freeze ectra dough in balls on a baking sheet so you can make cookies whenever you want! Want just two after dinner? Then just grab two balls of dough from the freezer and bake them! This way you won’t eat the whole batch at once cause trust me…we could. xo, Chantelle
