Cucumber Mint Martini

Just in time for happy hour…this drink is SO refreshing… it’s perfectly cool and light. It reminds me of a day at the spa because of the cucumber and mint! I used the Ketel One Cucumber Mint Vodka, which elevated this cocktail to another level. This is from their botanical line which has a bunch of other great flavors as well! Another plus is that its a low calorie cocktail so, have two why not! To do the pretty cucumber ribbon detail I used a mandoline which is the perfect tool for thinly slicing vegetables! I love the beautiful minty green color of this drink it makes it look as refreshing as it is. Cheers to the weekend! xo, Chantelle.
