Crispy Salmon & Citrus Relish
This year my family and I have been trying to stay healthy by getting active, eating right, and focusing on the brighter side of life. The most challenging thing about eating healthy is the time commitment to making a tasty and filling healthy dish! Luckily this one has only ten ingredients and doesn’t take long while still tasting flavorful. The salmon is excellent, but honestly, my favorite part is all of the veggies that go along with it. So if you’re not a huge salmon lover, substitute it for chicken breast, and it will still pair deliciously.
Brian and I have been doing Ignite training to help us connect at a deeper level...its a 90-day program with sessions weekly. We decided that while we do this training, we should also work on our daily wellbeing...no alcohol, healthier meals, daily workouts (at least get active and go for a long walk), goal tracking, breathwork, yoga, and so much more! This way, we are diving deep into our 90-day challenge and seeing what we can do for our bodies to feel their best. Taking extra steps throughout your day to treat your body nicely is so worth it; check-in with yourself and your loved ones. Appreciate what you have!
